Excellent, professional service. The staff was very gracious in addressing all of our needs and were a great help in answering questions and offering advice. A lovely hotel, very clean and well run. It is in a great location, the metro is only one block away in Provenca Station and a five minute ride to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The hotel is in a safe, lovely neighborhood with many wonderful Tapas eateries and restaurants. The room was maintained daily and was quiet and a good place to rest after a day of sight seeing. Nice garden area with pool in the back of the hotel. The Senior Manager, Pepe Campos was very gracious, kind and even assisted us with attaining a taxi to the train station on our last day in Barcelona. I wil absolutely stay at this hotel again when I return to BCN.
